It may be several months until the football season gets into full swing, but we are starting to get ready for another great season of football.
Step one is the Annual Meeting which will be held 7:00PM Wednesday March 17 at Harry Ainlay High School in classroom 530. We encourage all current Mustangs parents or those interested in the program to come find out what the Mustangs are about, what's happening with the club, and where we are going. We have seen huge growth for the club in the number of players, now it's time for our volunteer base to catch up. There are several opportunities to get involved and be a part of the team, providing a great football experience for both players and parents. |

Interested in developing as a Coach? The Football Alberta Coaching certification and University of Calgary Coaching clinic is March 12 and 13 in Calgary. New this year is an Equipment Managers Clinic that runs at the same time. Check Football Alberta Website for more details.
Also locally is a football coaching clinic put on by the University of Alberta Golden Bears. The clinic runs March 27 at Hairy Ainlay High School, and will teach coaches skills and drills for all positions. Contact us if you are interested in either course. |
