Main Camp Dates
The 2009 season is almost here!  The Mustangs training camp will kick off on July 20, running Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday for the first two weeks.   We will take the August holiday Monday off and back at practice for the 4th and 5th of August to get ready for the pre-season tournament August 6th to 9th.  The regular season game schedule starts on the August 15th weekend.

The Mustangs have been in the process of moving our equipment and are getting it organized for the equipment handout.  We hope to be doing equipment handout over the next couple of weeks. Watch your email for equipment handout details for your age group. There will also be a handout time just before training camp to catch those that may have been away for their scheduled time.

2009 Registration

The Mustangs would like to thank everyone who registered for the 2009 season.  The Atom response has been outstanding, and as such we are unable to take any more Atom registrations.  There is still limited room on the Peewee and Bantam teams, but don't delay getting your registration in if you are planning on playing this fall.   Check the registration page for information on registering for this season.

Are you getting all your e-mail?  The Mustangs regularly send out information to our players and parents via email, but Hotmail and other e-mail services often interpret bulk e-mail's as junk and block them.  Please ensure that your e-mail is set up to accept messages from the swemfa.com domain.

Head Coaches announced for 2009 season

The Mustangs are pleased to announce that the Head Coach positions for all our teams have been filled. In the Midget division Coach Danny Boily will be back for another year.  The Atom's will see Coach Tim Hamblin move up from assistant head coach  to head coach.  The new Peewee team will have Coach Tim Aylesworth at the helm, moving up from Atom  head coach last year.  In the Bantam division, Coach Jim Nahrebeski continues in his third year in that role.
