Edmonton Mustangs Football Refund Policy

Fall Tackle Football Fees ($700 total)

After registration, the CDMFA and Football Alberta fees ($170.00) plus an Administration fee of $80.00 for the Tackle football program is non-refundable. The total non-refundable fee is $250.00

Prior to August 1 - Withdrawal prior to this date will result in a refund of any remaining amounts paid

After August 1 - no refunds will be provided for withdrawal after this date.

Spring Flag Football Fees ($300 total)

After registration, the CDMFA and Football Alberta fees for the Flag football program is non-refundable. The total non-refundable fee is $100.00

Prior to March 1 - Withdrawal prior to this date will result in a refund of remaining portion of the fees paid ($200)

After March 1 - no refunds will be provided for withdrawal after this date.

All withdrawals requests must be submitted in writing to the Registrar at registrar@swemfa.com. Date of withdrawal will be determined by the date in which the request is received by the registrar.
